The Add icon can be found on any page when creating a something net new
The Copy button can be used to create a duplicate that can then be edited
The Delete button will permanently delete. There is no way to restore this
The Edit icon can be used to make changes to an existing item or content
The arrow pointing right means there is content reveal, click the arrow to drop it down
