The Promo Cards feature in the Arches platform allows marketing teams to create targeted promotional cards that are displayed across selected platforms (Web, Android, iOS, Kiosk). These cards can drive users to campaigns, announcements, collections, and external URLs with customizable visuals and CTAs.

Promo cards are a break in the content the customer is scrolling through and shows up after the first 12 items are displayed.

🔄 Accessing the Promo Cards Section

From the main navigation menu:

• Go to MARKETING > Promo Cards
• Click on "Add a Promo Card" in the top-right or header area

📝 Promo Card Fields & Configuration

1. Activation Toggle

• Active?: Slide to enable or disable the promo card.
  • ON (purple) = Visible to users.
  • OFF (gray) = Hidden.

2. Title Required

• Internal name for the promo card.
• Not visible to users but used to identify the card.

3. Body

• Main message or promo content that appears on the card.
