Get Help: Arches Isn’t Working
If you’re having issues using the Arches software, check first to make sure we don’t have any steps that may help resolve your issue!
If you have promo cards that are displaying correctly, please check the following under your Arches Admin page to make sure you have things set correctly.
*Please Note - Only 5 promo cards can be displayed at a time regardless of how many are built in the Arches Admin page. The first 5 promo cards set to active and listed on the “Active Promo Cards” page will display on the customer facing website.
In the image below, “20% off you first app order” will not be displayed on the customer facing webpage due to 5 other promo cards being active before it.

If the image of an active promo card isn’t displaying correctly, please try uploading the image again by editing the promo card and selecting “choose file”
*Please Note - Images that are uploaded must meet these requirements ”Upload a webp, jpg, or png 500px x 500px; maximum file size 5MB”
